Most Craftsella shirts have a relaxed, unisex fit. The product description will note the fit and style of each item. If you prefer a more fitted look, you may want to size down.

Craftsella offers original designs and creative goods from trusted suppliers. How an item is made and fulfilled depends on the product. Check each product page for its materials, sizing or dimensions, care instructions, and other product details.

Processing and shipping times vary by product and fulfillment partner. Check the product page and checkout for available estimates. Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. If your order includes items from different partners, they may ship separately, arrive on different days, and have separate tracking information.

Not always. Craftsella products may be made and shipped by different production partners, so items from the same order can arrive in separate packages. You’ll receive tracking information as each package ships.

Please get in touch with us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Orders may go to production or fulfillment soon after they are placed, so we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations once processing begins.

Return and exchange options depend on the product. Please review our Refund Policy for details before ordering. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Please don’t return an item unless we instruct you to.

Please contact us immediately. If the order has not entered production or shipped, we may be able to update the address. Once it has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the package can be redirected or replaced.

For the longest-lasting print:

• Wash inside out in cold water.
• Use a gentle cycle and mild detergent.
• Do not use bleach.
• Tumble dry on low or hang to dry.
• Do not iron directly over the design.
• Do not dry clean.

We do our best to represent every item accurately. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, garment color, lighting, and the printing process. Placement and print size may also vary slightly between garment sizes.

Craftsella does not accept requests to create custom designs. Some products may offer personalization; when available, the option and instructions will appear on that product page. Please review your entry carefully before ordering. Changes may not be possible once an order enters production or fulfillment.
