This website is operated by Craftsella LLC. Throughout this website, “Craftsella,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Craftsella LLC.

By visiting our website, purchasing a product, creating an account, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced here. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell products to you.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to place an order. Minors may browse or use the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use our website, products, or services for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

2. Products and Fulfillment

Craftsella offers a mix of made-to-order products, personalized items, and creative goods sourced from multiple suppliers. Not every product is made to order.

Depending on the item, an order may be fulfilled by Craftsella or shipped directly by a production or fulfillment partner. Items may ship from different locations, including outside the United States.

Product availability, processing requirements, materials, dimensions, and available options vary. Please review the information for each product before ordering.

We may limit quantities, discontinue products, correct product information, or decline orders when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee that every product, size, color, or variation will remain available.

3. Product Information and Images

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate descriptions, images, colors, measurements, materials, and pricing.

Some images are styled mockups, digitally created images, or AI-assisted visualizations. They may not be exact photographs of the finished product.

Colors and appearance may vary because of screen settings, lighting, materials, and production methods. Minor variations in print placement or color may occur. If an item appears substantially different from its description or you believe it is defective, contact us for review.

Please review product descriptions, dimensions, options, and available size charts before purchasing. Contact us before ordering if you need additional information.

4. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order because of:

• Product or pricing errors.
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity.
• Product unavailability.
• Payment problems.
• Shipping restrictions.
• Unauthorized resale activity.
• Inability to fulfill the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will refund the canceled amount to the original payment method.

You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, payment, and contact information.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions, and availability may change.

Applicable shipping charges and taxes are displayed at checkout. Please review the full order total before completing your purchase.

By submitting an order, you authorize Craftsella and its payment-processing partners to charge the payment method provided for the total displayed at checkout.

Your bank or payment provider may charge additional fees under its own terms.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Processing, production, and shipping times vary by product, availability, fulfillment partner, shipment origin, destination, and carrier.

Made-to-order and personalized products require production time before shipment. Other items require processing and packing.

Any delivery timeframes provided are estimates. We cannot guarantee arrival by a specific date. Expedited shipping, when available, does not eliminate processing or production time.

Items from the same order may arrive in separate packages, on different days, and with separate tracking information. Orders containing items from multiple fulfillment locations may include combined shipping charges, as displayed at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Additional information about tracking, delays, missing packages, address errors, and returned shipments is provided in our Shipping Policy.

If we cannot fulfill an item, we will cancel and refund the affected item. If a fulfillment delay occurs, we will provide any applicable notice and cancellation or refund options.

7. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Craftsella sells both made-to-order and other supplier-sourced products. Return eligibility varies by product.

Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, we do not accept routine returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, color preference, or ordering the wrong item.

Made-to-order and personalized products are not eligible for routine returns or exchanges. Any additional return options for other products will be stated on the product page.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, missing parts, or different from what you ordered, contact craftsella15@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.

Do not return an item without contacting us first. Return addresses and instructions may vary by product and fulfillment partner.

Delayed or missing packages should be reported promptly, preferably within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. You do not need to wait 30 days to contact us.

Our Refund, Replacement & Return Policy explains eligibility, claim requirements, approved returns, and refund processing. That policy and our Shipping Policy are incorporated into these Terms of Service.

8. Personalization, Order Changes, and Cancellations

For personalized products, please follow the instructions provided and check names, spelling, dates, and other submitted details carefully.

If the finished product does not match the personalization information submitted with your order, contact us for review under our Refund, Replacement & Return Policy.

Orders may enter processing, production, or fulfillment shortly after purchase. Email craftsella15@gmail.com immediately to request a change or cancellation.

Changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing, production, or fulfillment has begun. Sending a request does not automatically change or cancel an order. We will confirm whether your request can be accommodated.

9. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions may have expiration dates, product exclusions, usage limits, and other conditions.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Discount codes cannot be combined.
• Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.
• Discounts have no cash value.
• Only one discount code may be used per order.

We may reject fraudulent or improper use of a promotion. Changes to promotions do not alter completed purchases.

10. Intellectual Property

The Craftsella name, logos, original artwork, designs, photographs, graphics, written content, and other website materials are owned by or licensed to Craftsella or their respective rights holders.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially use protected content without the appropriate permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of its artwork or grant a license to reproduce or commercially use its design.

11. Acceptable Use

You may not use this website to:

• Violate laws or another person’s rights.
• Submit false or fraudulent information.
• Upload malicious software.
• Interfere with website security or operation.
• Access accounts or systems without authorization.
• Collect another person’s information without permission.
• Harass, threaten, or harm others.
• Copy protected website content for unauthorized commercial use.

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address violations.

12. Customer Accounts

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity you authorize through your account.

Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

We may suspend or restrict an account when reasonably necessary to protect customers, Craftsella, our service providers, or website security.

13. Reviews, Feedback, and Submissions

When submitting reviews, photos, comments, or other content, you confirm that you have permission to share it and that it does not infringe another person’s rights or contain unlawful, misleading, or abusive material.

You grant Craftsella a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, display, format, and share content submitted for publication in connection with our website and marketing.

This permission does not authorize us to publish private order details or customer-support messages. Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy.

We may remove submissions that violate these terms or are otherwise inappropriate.

14. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may contain links to or features provided by Shopify, payment processors, fulfillment partners, shipping carriers, social platforms, and other third parties.

Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. We do not control independent third-party websites.

For questions or problems with a Craftsella purchase, contact Craftsella directly, even if a supplier shipped the item.

15. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and shared.

Information may be processed by Shopify and service providers as necessary to operate the store, process payments, fulfill orders, provide support, and prevent fraud.

16. Errors and Inaccuracies

Website information may occasionally contain errors involving descriptions, prices, availability, promotions, or shipping.

We may correct errors and contact you about affected orders. If an order is canceled because of an error, we will refund the canceled amount to the original payment method.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website access.

Nothing in these terms excludes product warranties, guarantees, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Where permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law and do not limit consumer rights or remedies that cannot be waived.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify Craftsella against third-party claims and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, infringement of another person’s rights, or material violation of these terms.

This provision does not require you to indemnify Craftsella for its own unlawful conduct.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ohio and applicable federal law.

Nothing in this section removes consumer protections that cannot be waived under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

23. Severability

If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

24. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

25. Entire Agreement and Related Policies

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund, Replacement & Return Policy, and applicable product-specific terms, form the agreement governing website use and purchases.

For shipping matters, refer to our Shipping Policy. For returns, replacements, and refunds, refer to our Refund, Replacement & Return Policy and any additional return option expressly stated on the product page.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
